predictions for the 2015 post season

It seems like just yesterday it was opening day here in New York for the Mets and now fast forward six months later to everyone's surprise they have made it to the post season for the first time in 9 years, NINE YEARS! David Wright himself didn't think it would have taken this long! Talk about taking winning for granted back in 2006. Sheesh!

But the point is, we made it. THEY MADE IT! Both New York teams in the postseason in the same year once again. Granted, the Yankees were just eliminated last night losing the Wild Card game to the Houston Astros after most of the Yanks couldn't quite seem to get the bat to connect with the ball. Regardless of that, it's most definitely going to be some fight to the finish. I've compiled this kinda-sorta-somewhat chart with my predictions for the rest of the post season with the Mets coming out on top because duh. And I can hope can't I?

Wild Cards:
AL: Houston Astros (which I predicted by the way)
NL: Chicago Cubs (because why not root for the underdog right)
